Senior Product Manager – Loyalty & Payments (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of loyalty and payments solutions for our clients. The role is fully remote and reports to the product leadership team at Coforge.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Own documentation and provide execution support for assigned product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technology teams during agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation.
• Support QA, UAT, integration and release validation activities to guarantee delivery quality and business alignment.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, business analysis or technical product ownership.
• Proven experience in loyalty, rewards or payments domains, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems (earn, redemption, offers, points, program rules) and payment processing flows (authorization, settlement, issuer systems).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
