Senior Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead clinical supplies for complex global trials. The role ensures end‑to‑end supply chain oversight, compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and supports the delivery of life‑changing therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute study‑specific supply plans for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, assess risks, and maintain up‑to‑date project reports and spreadsheets.
• Facilitate communication across departments to prevent obstacles during study execution.
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the overall supply chain strategy while ensuring GxP compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and represent the department on project meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training on new regulations and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 8 + years of relevant experience in clinical supply chain or project management.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
