Senior Recruiter – US Tech, Legal & Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for U.S.-based companies across technology, legal, professional services and other specialized industries. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple open positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates, presenting qualified profiles with detailed evaluations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience supporting the U.S. market.
• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience for professional, technical, legal or specialized roles.
• Strong English communication skills (B2‑C1 level), both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
