Senior Recruitment Consultant – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for an IT client. You will act as a strategic partner, using AI‑powered sourcing tools and data‑driven insights to build diverse pipelines for executive, senior management and specialised technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for an IT client, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Participate in job requirement intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
• Negotiate complex compensation packages while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Track recruitment metrics, optimise processes and enhance employer branding.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably with a postgraduate qualification.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment technology and AI tools.
• Ability to assess technical skills, cultural fit and compliance requirements for specialised roles.
• Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations (e.g., healthcare, finance, engineering).
• English proficiency at C1 level.
