Senior Software Engineer – CRM Platform (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join client teams on a remote, project‑based basis across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers to deliver AI‑enhanced CRM and data‑intensive platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams, collaborating daily with product, design, and customer‑success stakeholders.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to shared engineering libraries.

Required profile

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years experience using Vue (React or Angular experience also valuable).
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year degree.
• Strong background building and operating production systems on Azure and SQL Server.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted development and experience with Claude Code or similar tools.
