Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud‑native applications. The role combines backend development, infrastructure automation, and occasional frontend work, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write production‑ready, self‑documenting code aligned with the overall service architecture.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects from conception through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices in cloud architecture and development.
• Identify and refactor systematic issues across multiple technology stacks.
• Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years working with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), preferably AWS.
• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• 4+ years using Git and GitHub Actions.
• 2+ years of frontend development using React.
• 4+ years with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe or Mercado Pago is a plus.
