Senior Supply Chain Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to own end‑to‑end purchase order processing and inventory management for our remote‑first operation. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with an EST‑based fulfillment center to ensure product moves smoothly from manufacturing to shelf.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full PO processing and inventory oversight, maintaining a near‑zero error rate.
• Coordinate daily with the fulfillment center to guarantee timely execution of shipments.
• Support sales operations by analysing data, building dashboards and generating reports.
• Maintain and update store counts and related data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Develop and refine operational processes in partnership with the Head of Operations.
• Ramp up on food & beverage / CPG industry fundamentals and apply them to daily tasks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in supply chain or logistics coordination (required).
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented with zero tolerance for careless errors.
• Proficient written and oral English (C1/C2 level).
• Comfortable working in a small, resource‑constrained environment and taking initiative.
• Available to work during overlapping Eastern and Pacific time zones.
• Experience in food & beverage or CPG retail preferred.
