About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of its recruitment audits. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while influencing hiring standards for a global tech talent pool.
Key responsibilities
- Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
- Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
- Lead calibration calls and standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles.
- Proven track record auditing senior, high‑volume, and specialized recruitment positions.
- Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- SQL
