About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor at BairesDev, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits. You will handle complex, high‑impact cases, guide junior auditors, and help standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize audit criteria across the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles.
• Proven experience auditing complex and high‑impact recruitment positions, including senior and specialized roles.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors to ensure consistency.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
