Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Latam)

About the role

MEDLIFE, a non‑profit focused on improving health, education and community development in Latin America and Africa, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, strengthen our employer brand across universities in Lima and the wider Latam region, and help shape the future of Talent Acquisition within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment (inbound and outbound) using Boolean/X‑ray search, passive‑talent outreach and multi‑platform sourcing.
• Represent MEDLIFE at job fairs, university partnerships and online events across Latam to boost visibility and employer brand.
• Design objective, multi‑stage interview evaluations and track new‑hire success through the first 90 days.
• Apply data‑driven rigor to workforce forecasting, role matching and recruiting‑metrics reporting.
• Evaluate and evolve the ATS and recruiting tech stack, including the use of generative AI for sourcing, screening and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Development leadership to build out MEDLIFE’s Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least two years leading proactive outbound sourcing.
• Proficiency in Boolean and X‑ray search techniques and building candidate pipelines beyond LinkedIn.
• High‑level English communication skills.
• Resilient, resourceful and comfortable solving problems with limited information.
