Senior Technical Project Manager (Bilingual)

About the role

Coforge is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives across LATAM on a fully remote basis. The role blends traditional project management with cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve stakeholder outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects such as omni‑channel platforms, loyalty programs, marketplaces and front‑end solutions.
• Manage project execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, Release, Business) and ensure release readiness.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Integrate AI copilots and large language models (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline planning, execution and reporting.
• Build and employ AI agents to automate routine project tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor Agile metrics, identify risks early and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex digital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid understanding of Agile metrics.
• Conversational English (B2 level) and bilingual capability.
