Senior Turnover Construction Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Turnover Construction Coordinator will lead the coordination of multidisciplinary construction activities for the Yanacocha Water Treatment Plant project in Peru. The role ensures that systems are completed safely, efficiently and are ready for commissioning, startup and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate construction‑to‑pre‑operations handover strategies across construction, field engineering, quality, commissioning & startup and operations teams.
• Manage system turnover priorities, punch‑list items and exception tracking to meet contractual milestones.
• Facilitate system walk‑downs, identify completion gaps and drive closure of outstanding items.
• Interface with client representatives and internal stakeholders to resolve turnover issues.
• Oversee construction completion planning, turnover readiness and project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction coordination or turnover on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction, quality, commissioning and operations interfaces.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex handover processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
