Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead performance‑driven growth across our mobile ecosystem in LATAM. You will own the full paid acquisition lifecycle, from planning and launching campaigns on major ad networks to scaling successful tactics through rigorous testing and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies on Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage large advertising budgets, optimise for ROI and maintain strong CAC performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, product and creative teams to improve funnel metrics and post‑install performance.
• Own creative testing pipelines, expand top‑performing assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Identify, pilot and evaluate new acquisition channels, technologies and measurement frameworks.
• Lead digital growth initiatives across multiple markets and user segments.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven track record managing large paid budgets and achieving ROI/CAC targets.
• Experience building hypotheses, running experiments and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation and conversion‑rate optimisation.
