SEO Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing agency’s SEO department. The role focuses on driving organic growth for dental, healthcare, and wellness clients through data‑driven strategies. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, from strategy creation to performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement, and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions for wellness businesses.
• Test and adjust tactics based on performance data and key metrics.
• Align SEO initiatives with broader client marketing goals and ensure measurable results.
• Conduct site audits, keyword research, content planning, and link‑building campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts and oversee local SEO for service‑area businesses.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience leading an SEO team and 6 + years overall in SEO.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
