SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager (Full‑Time Contractor)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing medical spa looking to bring our digital marketing in‑house. As the SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager you will become the single internal engine responsible for driving local search visibility, creating engaging social content and maintaining our Wix website.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced local SEO strategies, including technical on‑page optimisation, keyword targeting and schema implementation.
• Manage the Wix website – publish new pages, update content, create landing pages and optimise conversion pathways.
• Monitor AI‑driven search trends (SGE) and adjust content to maintain high visibility in modern search experiences.
• Plan, design and schedule organic social media posts that showcase treatments, patient transformations and clinical expertise.
• Create visual collateral and handouts using Canva to support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and continuously improve campaigns based on measurable KPI improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in local SEO and social media marketing.
• Proven track record of measurable SEO results, with case studies or KPI evidence.
• Comfortable working independently as a full‑time contractor (≥32 hours/week).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate brand voice into digital assets.
