About the role
We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide equipment service, technical guidance and support for our products in overseas regions. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring reliable operation of heavy machinery and contributing to continuous product improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site service, maintenance and technical support for equipment in assigned overseas markets.
- Conduct customer service training and follow internal processes.
- Manage spare parts tasks, including providing quotations and support.
- Gather feedback and propose product improvement suggestions.
- Assist the regional manager with business activities and daily operational tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy‑machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes or hoists.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish for daily communication.
- Adaptable, proactive and passionate about hands‑on technical work.
