Service Sales Specialist

About the role

Join the Power Electronics Service team as a Service Sales Specialist, responsible for driving the service sales strategy across several Latin American markets. You will act as the commercial bridge between clients and internal technical, financial and legal teams, influencing decisions that directly impact business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor the execution of the service sales strategy in Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Guatemala.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends and engaging with clients.
• Develop contract strategies and project proposals that match customer needs and budgets.
• Review, negotiate and manage contract baselines to optimise financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate with technical, financial and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
• Provide guidance on new opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in service sales, contract management or commercial roles within the energy sector.
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency and fluency in Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across the assigned Latin American markets.
