Shopper Marketing Manager – Drive In‑Store & Digital Growth

About the role

The Shopper Marketing Manager will translate brand strategy into compelling in‑store and online experiences that influence purchase decisions at the point of sale. You will work closely with brand, commercial and agency partners to create shopper‑centric activations that drive conversion and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and category objectives.
• Develop shopper experiences, POP materials, displays and in‑store/venue activation plans.
• Analyze shopper behaviour and path‑to‑purchase data to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Manage the budget allocated to shopper marketing activities.
• Collaborate with brand, channel and commercial teams to ensure consistent execution across touchpoints.
• Track, measure and report the ROI of shopper initiatives.
• Lead shopper agencies in creating and adapting toolkits for each channel.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shopper/trade marketing, retail or brand management.
• Experience with both traditional retail and eCommerce/digital‑shelf strategies.
• Hands‑on, decisive attitude toward problem solving.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and shopper data.
• Proficient English for working with English‑speaking counterparts.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and support wellbeing.
