Signalling & Telecom Technological Site Supervisor

About the role

Hitachi Rail is looking for a Site Supervisor to lead the realisation of signalling and telecommunications systems on assigned projects. You will ensure that all works meet design specifications, safety standards and project schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of signalling and/or telecom systems for the project.
• Verify work quality and compliance with design and specifications.
• Ensure construction activities follow the approved construction plan.
• Coordinate with customers, authorities, contractors, partners and subcontractors for material and site hand‑over.
• Monitor and enforce HSE rules on site.
• Support optimisation of subcontractor resources.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in signalling or telecommunications projects.
• Knowledge of local rules and standards.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SIG+TLC technological systems.
• Familiarity with HSE management plans.
• Proficiency with software tools used in signalling and telecom projects.
