Social Media Manager / Content Coordinator

About the role

DBL SEO is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager / Content Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of social media strategies for local service businesses. You will turn client websites, SEO keywords, and blog topics into engaging social content that drives trust, leads, and local SEO performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Write captions, hooks, carousel copy, short‑form video scripts, and calls‑to‑action.
• Transform website pages, service listings, SEO keywords, and Google Business Profile posts into social media assets.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and collaborate with designers for graphics, reels, thumbnails, and other visual assets.
• Schedule approved content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Nexoflow, Metricool, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Review all posts for accuracy of captions, links, phone numbers, service names, locations, and branding before publishing.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, profile visits, messages, leads) and generate simple weekly or monthly reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media content for businesses, agencies, or local brands.
• Strong English writing skills for captions, scripts, and content planning.
• Intermediate English speaking ability for internal communication.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, including keyword targeting, local services, city targeting, and Google Business Profile content.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a production team.
