Social Media Manager – Short‑Form Content & Community

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead short‑form content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will ensure high‑quality video edits, maintain brand consistency, and engage our growing online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑form content strategy for Instagram Reels, Stories, Feed, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Analyze platform performance data to optimize growth and inform strategic decisions.
• Identify compelling moments from long‑form videos and guide editors to create engaging short clips.
• Create image‑based posts (carousels, quote graphics) using Canva.
• Perform basic photo editing for social posts and thumbnails.
• Coordinate with designers on ad creatives and visual brand campaigns.
• Schedule posts with Later and maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
• Monitor spelling, formatting, and overall quality across all platforms.
• Manage online communities, including Facebook Groups and Discord spaces.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional promotional efforts such as blogs, newsletters, and affiliate campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven success growing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts audiences.
• Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with editors, designers, and content leads.
• Smart, quick‑thinking, highly organized, and dependable.
