About the role
Proyecto Peru is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join its international team in Cusco. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across social media, digital marketing, content creation and communications.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content for social platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Analyse performance metrics and report insights.
- Promote Spanish language courses, volunteer programmes and cultural experiences.
Required profile
- Excellent English (C1+).
- Creativity and strong communication skills.
- Interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Spanish is desirable but not essential.
