Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to analyze its vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placement of qualified professionals while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented and business‑process focused mindset.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
