Strategic Consulting Manager (LATAM Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Consulting Manager to lead high‑impact projects across Latin America. You will combine deep strategic expertise with cutting‑edge generative AI to drive operational transformation for our C‑suite clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, ensuring top‑quality deliverables, strict timelines, and team development.
• Manage relationships with client executives, conduct workshops, and present strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and supporting practice growth.
• Integrate generative AI tools into project workflows to accelerate delivery and uncover AI opportunities for clients.
• Oversee complex quantitative analysis and business modeling, maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic or management consulting with proven project and team leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and spend extended periods on‑site.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or business discipline.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with generative AI tools for analysis, research, and content creation.
