Strategic Project Lead (Remote/US/LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Lead to own and grow relationships with AI lab partners. Working remotely across the US and LATAM, you will be the senior point of contact, turning pilots into long‑term production engagements and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted senior contact for lab partners via Slack and calls, understanding their next needs and positioning our services.
• Scope requests, create Statements of Work, and convert pilots into production contracts to expand the account.
• Oversee delivery outcomes through Human Data Managers, ensuring quality and reputation across all projects.
• Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin at the account level, involving the CEO or subject‑matter experts when needed.
• Monitor each lab’s strategic direction, surface new opportunities, and feed insights back to the Human Data Evals Lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a client or partner relationship and growing it into repeat business.
• Background in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g., delivery lead, TAM, account manager) with responsibility for scoping and commercial outcomes.
• Experience working with AI labs, ML teams, or technical enterprise buyers and ability to hold senior technical conversations.
