Supermarkets Team Leader

About the role

The Supermarkets Team Leader will design and execute the commercial strategy for the Supermarkets channel, driving sustainable and profitable growth across Consumer and Derma categories. The role works with key modern‑trade customers such as SPSA, Cencosud and Tottus, and collaborates closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Demand Planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Supermarkets channel strategy as a core growth pillar.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key supermarket accounts.
• Lead the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) for each customer.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, distribution, pricing, promotion and visibility initiatives.
• Prepare annual and monthly business plans, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet Net Sales, Sell‑Out, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Manage trade terms and investment (TTC), analyze profitability by customer, category and brand, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Conduct strategic negotiations and top‑to‑top meetings with key accounts.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supermarkets team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA or postgraduate studies a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG or consumer‑goods companies.
• Proven experience managing Modern Trade / Supermarket accounts.
