Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

CookUnity is looking for a full‑time Supply Chain Analyst to own key metrics, analyze inventory and support the internal supply chain team. The role combines data analysis, process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth sourcing and distribution of raw materials for the company’s chefs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and monitor key metrics such as food costs, identifying gaps and delivering accurate, timely reports.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, assess cost impact and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess, balancing availability with waste reduction for short‑life products.
• Oversee ordering and distribution processes in partnership with other teams.
• Monitor price changes and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Support deployment of new tools including ERP/MRP and WMS.
• Develop and improve SOPs to enhance department efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in supply chain or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
