Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead Goodyear’s Go‑to‑Market supply chain in Peru, ensuring high customer service, optimal inventory investment and competitive cost‑to‑serve. The role owns the local S&OP process and aligns supply chain, finance, sales and marketing functions while partnering with regional and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the Peru Go‑to‑Market S&OP process in line with regional and global standards.
• Provide high‑quality demand planning inputs, reduce forecast bias and improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate demand generation and fulfillment plans to meet agreed S&OP outcomes.
• Develop and manage cost‑to‑serve budgets and customer supply chain processes, including order management and delivery coordination.
• Define and execute service policies that balance customer expectations with operational efficiency.
• Partner with regional supply chain teams and manufacturing to support production planning and execution.
• Identify, develop and lead local supply chain talent while contributing to the regional agenda.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across end‑to‑end supply chain functions such as demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, logistics and customer supply chain.
• Experience in complex, multinational environments with strong cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Fluent written and spoken English for regional business communication.
