Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead Move operations across Peru, overseeing the country‑wide logistics network that includes warehousing, transportation, customer service and administrative controls. The role is responsible for the performance of the largest distribution centre in the Andean region and ensures alignment with business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end distribution centre operations, maintaining service levels, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Deliver the annual operating plan by meeting targets for service, cost, productivity and inventory.
• Manage inventory to guarantee product availability and accuracy.
• Optimize cost‑to‑serve through efficient use of resources, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Oversee primary and secondary transportation, ensuring performance, reliability and cost control of logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and capability.
• Drive continuous‑improvement and logistics transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Supply teams to align operations with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics operations, with proven leadership of distribution centres or large‑scale operations.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities, capable of turning data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving and communication skills.
