Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator – Beauty Brand

About the role

This remote position supports an international luxury cosmetics brand. Based in Lima, you will coordinate inventory, supply‑chain, fulfillment and customer operations while leveraging a variety of software tools and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory and demand for products, packaging, samples and components.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption rates, lead times, safety stock and reorder points.
• Maintain forecasting models and BOMs in Excel.
• Coordinate purchase orders, production schedules, shipments and vendor follow‑up.
• Manage EDI order processing and wholesale fulfillment, ensuring accurate documentation and retailer compliance.
• Handle day‑to‑day DTC order management, customer service queries and special order requests.
• Communicate with warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and delays.
• Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory and supply‑chain risks before they become issues.

Required profile

• Highly organized, analytical and resourceful with an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable learning new systems, improving processes and automating repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with Shopify and other inventory platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with shipping software and AI tools.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing.
