Supply Chain, Purchasing & Compliance Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Supply Chain, Purchasing & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing international operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and import logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance for food products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day purchasing with domestic and international suppliers, create and track purchase orders.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, pricing, and product documentation.
• Monitor lead times, inventory requirements, and resolve discrepancies in orders and invoices.
• Arrange inbound shipments, work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses, and track shipments to final delivery.
• Prepare import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, COAs and Bills of Lading.
• Support customs clearance, handle shipment issues and maintain compliance records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain within a food manufacturing or import environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with import regulations, food safety standards and documentation.
