Systems Administrator – Mission-Critical Tech

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Systems Administrator to solve complex problems and ensure the reliability of mission‑critical technology platforms for leading global clients. You will manage system data, provide day‑to‑day solutions, and maintain security compliance across a variety of environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
• Administer VMware ESX infrastructure.
• Manage public and private cloud services.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets, overseeing a queue of assignments.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technicians, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

• Proven experience in systems administration on Windows Server and VMware.
