Talent and Leadership Development Partner

About the role

AECOM is looking for an experienced Talent and Leadership Development Partner to join its Global Talent and Technical Development Team in Lima, Peru. The role focuses on designing, facilitating, and coaching leadership development programs for a worldwide audience, delivering high‑impact learning experiences both virtually and in person.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership development programs for people managers, early‑career high potentials, senior leaders and executives, primarily through virtual delivery.
• Design and deliver interactive, experiential learning sessions aligned with adult‑learning principles.
• Partner with global stakeholders to implement and scale leadership programs such as manager development and leadership acceleration initiatives.
• Coordinate program logistics, ensure stakeholder alignment and manage end‑to‑end execution.
• Facilitate and debrief leadership assessments, including DiSC and 360/180 feedback tools.

Required profile

• Proven expertise as a facilitator of leadership and development programs.
• Ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences, cultures and leadership levels.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with global colleagues and regional partners.
• Demonstrated role‑model of leadership capabilities and development philosophy.

Required skills

• Facilitation of leadership development programs (virtual and in‑person).
• Application of adult‑learning principles to create engaging experiences.
• Experience with DiSC assessments and 360/180 feedback tools.
