Team Leader – Bilingual Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Bilingual Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring daily productivity, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of sales targets. This role combines people management with strategic sales planning, requiring fluency in English and Spanish to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify process improvement and performance enhancement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Monitor sales KPIs, productivity metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage escalated customer issues.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at revenue growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a related field (preferred) with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with the ability to develop and coach team members.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
