Technical Sourcer – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

Toptal is seeking a dedicated Technical Sourcer to join its global Sourcing team. In this remote position you will partner with the Matching and Screening teams to build a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts for the company’s talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top technical talent worldwide.
• Research, engage, and attract software developers using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and track sourcing metrics.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop process playbooks and meet KPI targets.
• Leverage internal, cutting‑edge sourcing platforms to accelerate candidate outreach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent.
• Proven track record of building successful talent pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
