Technical Support Engineer (AI, RPA, JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

This hybrid position blends product support with hands‑on software development. You will spend most of your time coding—resolving bugs and shipping new features—while also handling customer tickets, reproducing issues, and turning recurring problems into permanent product improvements. The team works AI‑first, using tools like Claude Code daily.

Key responsibilities

• Support: handle L1/L2 tickets via email and Zoom, troubleshoot installations, permissions, performance, and logs, write clear public responses and document known issues and workarounds.
• Development: own L3 resolution of escalated defects, reproduce bugs, root‑cause and ship fixes, contribute to new feature development, assist with customer implementations, participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Product improvement: act as a bridge between customers and engineering, surface recurring issues, propose and advocate for product enhancements that reduce ticket volume.

Required profile

• 2+ years of support or customer‑facing experience.
• 2‑3 years of commercial software development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities, including log analysis and environment diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of APIs, basic SQL, HTML and system‑administration fundamentals.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) in written and spoken communication.
