Technical Support L1 – English Speakers (Trujillo/Lima/Arequipa)

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking motivated Technical Support L1 professionals who can provide bilingual (Spanish/English) assistance to internal and external users. The role operates in a 24x7 rotating shift model and supports a variety of infrastructure and cloud environments across Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 technical support and resolve incidents promptly.
• Register, monitor, and manage tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy or similar tools.
• Support Windows, Linux and Unix server environments.
• Assist with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Communicate effectively with users in both Spanish and English.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Fluent English speaking (mandatory) and Spanish.
• Willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts.
• Residence in Trujillo, Lima, or Arequipa.
