About the role
Join NTT DATA as a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer, providing first‑line assistance to users in an international environment. You will resolve incidents, manage tickets, and support Windows, Linux/Unix and cloud platforms while communicating in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support and incident resolution.
- Register, monitor, and manage tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy or similar tools.
- Support infrastructure environments including Windows, Linux and Unix.
- Assist with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Communicate effectively with users in Spanish and English.
- Escalate incidents to higher support levels when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or server administration.
- Fluent English speaking (mandatory).
- Availability for rotating 24x7 shifts.
- Residence in Trujillo, Lima, or Arequipa, Peru.
Required skills
- Windows operating system.
- Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
