About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our downtown Lima office. The role involves providing high‑quality support to customers in both English and Spanish, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Provide clear information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish at all times.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, writing).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience or demonstrated ability in customer service.
• Availability to work on‑site in downtown Lima, Monday to Saturday.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish.
