Travel Sales Agent – Cruise Specialist

About the role

We are looking for motivated Travel Sales Professionals to join our fast‑growing team. You will work remotely, handling warm inbound leads from U.S. customers who are interested in cruise vacations. The role focuses on delivering accurate quotes, highlighting exclusive perks, and closing sales using a proven process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound U.S. customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate cruise and travel quotes using vendor systems.
• Highlight promotions, perks, and commissionable components to clients.
• Close sales, secure bookings, and follow up to maximize conversion.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support for repeat sales.
• Maintain detailed records in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and financial motivation.
• Coachability, problem‑solving ability, and above‑average intelligence.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home workspace with high‑speed internet.
• Ability to work hard‑wired to a modem or set up a reliable connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and online systems.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
