Travel Specialist – Design & Sell Custom Peru Tours

About the role

We are a fast‑growing travel company focused on creating unforgettable experiences across Peru. As a Travel Specialist you will design and sell personalized tour packages, connecting international travelers with the country’s iconic destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Design custom tour itineraries that match client interests and budgets.
• Engage prospects via email, phone and online platforms to provide information and close sales.
• Communicate the unique features and benefits of our tours clearly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while building lasting client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align offers with campaigns and ensure smooth tour execution.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Strong sales mindset; experience in sales, hospitality or travel is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from our Lima or Cusco office initially, with potential remote transition.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of Peru’s top attractions is a plus.
