Vice President, FIG Payments Sales & Relationship Management (Peru)

About the role

As a Vice President within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will lead the sales strategy and relationship management for Financial Institutions and Government clients across Peru. You will drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships, and position J.P. Morgan as the premier payments partner for this strategic segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with ACAC regional priorities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet ambitious revenue and new‑business targets.
• Identify high‑value opportunities in under‑penetrated FI and Government segments.
• Serve as senior advisor to C‑suite executives, understanding regulatory, digital transformation, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with CIB bankers, Treasury Services, and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to product managers and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in complex, consultative sales within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of FI and Government client needs, regulatory environments, and digital payments trends.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Strategic thinker with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
