Vice President, Subsidiary Banking – Latin America

About the role

The Vice President for Subsidiary Banking will lead relationships with Latin American subsidiaries of global corporate clients in Peru. Based in Lima, you will deliver cash management, trade, FX, commodities and financing solutions while coordinating with head‑quarter bankers and product partners across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with treasurers and CFOs of multinational clients, originating corporate banking opportunities.
• Educate clients on J.P. Morgan’s corporate banking capabilities and create strategic business plans for existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct client analysis to identify needs and translate them into actionable financial solutions.
• Collaborate with head‑quarter bankers and product partners to identify and execute new business opportunities.
• Participate in cross‑functional reviews to ensure coordinated client coverage.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, GFCC, PAD, PEP and reputational risk policies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical ability, commercial judgment and influencing skills.
• Proven interpersonal and client prospecting capabilities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a cross‑cultural team environment.
