Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer (Remote LATAM)

About the role

TubeScience is looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to create thumb‑stopping short‑form ads for TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts. Working remotely with a LATAM‑focused schedule, you will turn data‑driven concepts into high‑performing video content that reaches millions daily.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce short‑form video ads for TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts.
• Craft strong hooks, clear story arcs and compelling calls‑to‑action.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test, iterate and optimise videos based on real‑time performance data.
• Own the end‑to‑end editing process while remaining open to feedback.
• Manage multiple fast‑turn projects without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience creating social‑media video content, preferably ads.
• Proficient in English and comfortable working with asynchronous, global teams.
• Available to work 9 am–6 pm PST.
• Willing to complete a technical editing assessment.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro – pacing, structure, audio and storytelling.
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, kinetic typography.
• Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts.
