Senior Full Stack Engineer (React.js & React Native)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. You will work across the entire stack, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end services, and you will own the design, development, and deployment of production‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch full‑stack web applications using React.js.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications with React Native.
• Create, document, and support backend services and APIs.
• Integrate third‑party systems and manage data flows across multiple platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.
• Operate and optimize cloud‑based environments, primarily AWS or similar.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor production, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years delivering full‑stack solutions.
• Proven track record in startup, scale‑up, or high‑growth environments.
• Ability to take a concept through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent).
