Senior Mobile Developer - Android

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer specialized in Android to join our delivery teams. You will work closely with business analysts, designers and project managers to create high‑impact mobile solutions that drive meaningful change for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, well‑tested Kotlin code using TDD, Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture patterns.
• Advocate and apply continuous delivery practices, mobile‑first culture and agile methods (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to design and deliver innovative customer experiences.
• Consider mobile‑specific constraints such as Google Play guidelines, offline operation, accessibility, privacy and release cycles.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge through pair programming, talks and open‑source contributions.
• Participate in the full software consulting lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
