About the role
Stake Perú is looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep the back‑office running smoothly while supporting Finance, Admin and Marketing teams. You will be the glue that holds the Lima office together, ensuring daily operations run without a hitch in a fast‑growing iGaming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
- Process and verify invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Support and respond to Jira tickets as required.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Track expenses and liaise with service providers and vendors.
- Oversee office pantry and maintain a pleasant workplace atmosphere.
- Support marketing campaigns and help manage office “vibes”.
Required profile
- Highly organized and proactive multitasker.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for social media and user engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience using Jira for ticket management.
