About the role
Telescope is building the world’s first AI‑driven SDR platform. We are looking for an AI Sales & Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from running AI‑powered outbound campaigns to managing post‑sale relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute outbound campaigns, including ICP targeting, list building, prompt writing, and sequence design.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Onboard new customers and manage post‑close communications.
- Handle retention, escalations, and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM data, workflows, and reporting.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience running cold‑email or outbound campaigns using AI‑assisted tools.
- Highly proficient written and spoken English.
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
- Data‑driven decision‑making ability.
- Background in a US or EU SaaS startup.
- Availability during EST business hours.
