Missions principales

• Lead and oversee all local human resources management activities to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement and enforce corporate HR policies, standards, and key service sub-processes across the organization.
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing expert guidance and support to leadership and employees.
• Manage local HR vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and maintain healthy, productive labor relations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.

Profil recherché

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory for international reporting and coordination.
