Internal Support Engineer

About the role

Atlas Technica is seeking an Internal Support Engineer to manage and enhance the firm’s internal technology platforms and provide technical assistance to employees. The role involves designing, implementing, and documenting solutions that improve efficiency and security for internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Internal Support Manager to define and execute the team’s vision.
• Provide support solutions to internal staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Research, develop, and document service‑related processes and best‑practice guides.
• Automate existing workflows and create new tools to increase scalability.
• Deploy and evaluate new systems and tools for operational improvement.
• Manage the platforms and services used by employees to perform their duties.
• Build cross‑functional relationships with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Identify obstacles and recommend operational and security enhancements.
• Participate in initiatives that improve technology, processes, and functions for the company and its clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Highly organized with strong communication abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, creative problem‑solver who can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365 administration.
• Azure services and Azure Active Directory.
• MS SQL and MySQL database management.
• Power BI report creation.
• Managed Services experience (desired).
